Knoxville, TN, USA

Caroline McCarley is a television producer turned mountain bike guide and world traveler. But as much as she loves adventuring to other places, riding the trails in her own backyard is at the top of her fun list. She likes to think she’s half dirt, half glitter, and a whole lot of flair. If there’s a good time to be had on the bike, she’ll find it, and she sure loves sharing that excitement with the rest of the world. 

Danville, PA, USA

Izzy is a high school sophomore, living on a small farm in Pennsylvania town small enough that it lacks a Walmart but boasts 3 amazing trail networks! When not riding, she enjoys swimming/diving/lacrosse, hanging out with my friends, and riding horses. She can’t wait to spread the joy of mountain biking to women across the world!

Bentonville, AR, USA

Lori is beyond thrilled to join the ranks with World Ride as an ambassador! With 18 years of mountain biking under her belt and a decade of experience in the trail building industry, she’s seen firsthand how cycling can empower and connect people. When not on the trails, she’s leading the Trail Technician Program at Northwest Arkansas Community College, where she gets to inspire the next generation of trail builders. As a proud “Woman of Oz,” a wife, and a mom to an 18-month-old son, she’s constantly reminded of the importance of community and the great outdoors. Her goal is to bring more women into cycling, create lasting connections, and encourage everyone to get out and ride. Let’s make some trails, share some stories, and enjoy the ride together!

Phoenix, AZ, USA

Maria is a mother of three boys (and lots of furry friends). She is an ultra-cycling racer holding a few records under her sleeve.  She empowers people to challenge themselves and realize their full potential. She has competed for over 20 years in running races, triathlons, road and mountain bike races.  She excels in ultra endurance and has completed many 500-mile events!  Maria loves sharing her positive attitude and love of cycling with others!

Currently in Troy, AL, USA but from Kathmandu, Nepal

Namaste, Nishma Shrestha is from the beautiful country of Nepal. She is a passionate mountain biker, coach, and guide who has been fortunate to grow through this sport and share it with others. As the founder of Skills and Thrills Nepal, she has worked to create opportunities for riders to develop their skills, gain confidence, and connect through cycling. With over a decade of experience in racing and guiding, she has seen the power of mountain biking to uplift and empower, especially for women. Now, as she pursues a Master’s degree in Sports Management in the USA, she is eager to continue learning and contributing to the global cycling community through World Ride.

Nelson, New Zealand

Stacey is a returning World Ride Ambassador who has been with us since the program started. She is passionate about getting more women into the sport and has hosted numerous fundraising movie night events in New Zealand.
